Enhancements to User Permissions in the Rentsync Platform

We're thrilled to announce significant updates to the User Permissions system within the Rentsync Platform.

These enhancements are designed to offer unparalleled flexibility and control, empowering our users with more precise management capabilities.

This update introduces a new, refined approach to how permissions are handled, allowing for granular control at the user level. Without changing any existing settings, users will discover an innovative and efficient way to oversee access rights.

Here’s a sneak peek at what you can now achieve with the updated User Permissions:

Detailed Property Permissions

Set permissions on a per property basis and use the dropdown menu to select different access levels for specific sections of each building.

By selecting specific property permissions, you no longer have to give access to an entire property's settings in order to edit or view items like media management or inquiry logs!

Permission categories 

You'll find "Account," "Properties," and "Websites" listed as permission category options, each with its own detailed levels of control.

These are managed independently to streamline User Group setup and management, enhancing clarity in the process.
 

User Groups remain the key to unlocking access

All account permissions are still managed via User Groups. For an account holder requiring a one-off unique permission setup, you will need to create a User Group just for them.

Permissions can still be managed on an "All Properties" basis.
 

For Individual Tool Permissions

In order for a user to have access to these associated pages in the platform, they'll require access to at least one property with these modules:

• Listing Management
• Rentsync Tours
• Promoted Listings
• Floorplan Navigator
